CER Groupe Leading the Future of a Walloon Nutrition-Health Hub!

The functional food sector is expanding rapidly, playing a key role in nutrition and health innovation. In this context, Liège Créative is organizing a conference as part of the Walloon Initiative IIS FoodBooster, bringing together key players to shape the future of this sector.

🔬 As co-organizers, we have structured the program and invited leading experts to share their insights. Together with ULiège, we are leveraging our expertise in food safety, biotechnology, in vitro/in vivo evaluation of biological activity, and physico-chemical characterization to advance the field.

Our experts, Ana Fernandez Salina and Cindy Staerck, will take the stage to discuss the challenges and opportunities in this domain through their work on two major research projects: FoodWal and #PHENIX alongside other speakers.
