The PHENIX FoodBooster project aims to innovate in the field of functional foods, particularly the development of probiotics and prebiotics, thanks to analytical and technological platforms from the PHENIX portfolio, in collaboration with IIS FoodBooster.

The CER Groupe will be involved in various areas:

  • the use of in vitro processes to improve the intestinal adhesion of probiotics,
  • the development of oligosaccharides with prebiotic potential from bovine colostrum,
  • characterization of fructooligosaccharide and N-glycan prebiotics,
  • evaluation of prebiotic consumption by selected probiotics.

The CER Group is involved in WP1- GutBooster, WP2 – FOSBooster and WP3 – NglycBooster.
