The CER Groupe continues to modernize its infrastructure at its Marloie site

In 2014, the Novalis Business Center building, built in collaboration with Idelux, made it possible to transfer part of the CER Groupe activities to modern, state-of-the-art infrastructures.

This change was a major element in the evolution of the group, and a real lever to increase collaborations with the Walloon and international pharmaceutical and biotechnological network.

The year 2023 will mark a turning point for the CER Groupe Marloie site. At the beginning of the year, we received planning permission to renovate our analytical laboratory, thereby increasing its capacity and modernizing its infrastructure. The Marloie site, which is larger in size than Novalis, has been home to food safety activities, state-of-the-art analytical platforms in metabolomics and proteomics (mass spectrometry, molecular interactions, immunoassays, etc.) and preclinical activities for over 40 years. Its expertise is recognized at the national and international level through its status as a National Reference Laboratory (for allergens, veterinary drug residues, plant toxins, mycotoxins and marine toxins).

This is a fine tool which, combined with the expertise of the CER Groupe staff and the state-of-the-art equipment it houses, enables us to provide a quality service to the industrial and academic sectors and to the control of the Belgian food chain!
